Shipping Policy

SHIPPING RATES

At LuxuryFlameCo, we use USPS for orders heading to a U.S. address, and for international orders (including Canada), we ship through USPS or UPS.

Shipping cost and delivery windows are calculated at checkout once a delivery address is provided.

Our shipping times are as follows:

United States and U.S. Territories — 

  • USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business Days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days)

Rest of the World* — 

  • USPS First Class International (7-21 Business days)
  • UPS Worldwide Saver (1-3 Business Days)

**Please keep in mind that international orders are subject to customs, which may or may not delay the shipment.**

We always do our best to deliver your product as quickly and efficiently as possible. All products are typically packed, and shipped within 24 hours.

For international orders, we are not responsible for import duties and customs fees.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once we pack and ship your order, you will get a tracking number to keep track of the status of your order, with estimated delivery times.

 

Please note that in some instances, the tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update once dropped off with the post office.

 

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. These delays can be caused by customs, inclement weather, high package volume at the post office, and/or other factors.

LuxuryFlameCo is not responsible for any delays in delivery or additional charges caused by an incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct address is input during checkout, and that all the necessary address components are included.

If your order has not been marked as delivered within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, we will be happy to issue a full refund on your order, or send a free replacement.
